Results Setup Prior to Race

Before uploading results, you'll need to configure several settings:

Age Group Settings

1. Check if your event's age groups match our standard settings:
   • Click "RACES" and edit your race
   • Click "AGE GROUPS" to view standard settings
   • Modify if your event uses different age groups

Results Settings

Customize which fields will be visible in results:

1. Go to "RESULTS" → "COLUMN SETTINGS"
2. Show/hide specific fields (e.g., clock time, chip time)
3. Save your settings

Enable Results Display

1. Click "RACES" menu item
2. Click "EDIT" next to your race
3. Set "RESULTS ARE VISIBLE" to "YES"

Setting Up Import Format

1. Prepare your spreadsheet with required columns
   • Must include "CATEGORY" column for divisions
2. In IYR admin tool:
   • Go to "IMPORT/EXPORT DATA"
   • Click "IMPORT FORMATS"
   • Name your format
   • Configure column headers and delimiter
   • Match fields to spreadsheet columns
   • Save import format
