Set up Finisher Certificates

Basic Setup

  1. Go to RESULTS and FINISHER CERTIFICATES
  2. Select desired certificate template
  3. Choose whether to apply to ALL RACES
  4. Click SAVE

Enable Certificates Display

  1. Go to RACES menu
  2. EDIT each race
  3. Set "RESULTS ARE OFFICIAL?" to YES
    • Important: Certificates will not display if this is set to NO

Customization Options

  • Multiple templates available
  • Participant name automatically included
  • Race information displayed
  • Finish time and placement shown

Certificate Settings

  1. Configure display options:

    • Show/hide finish time
    • Include age group placement
    • Display overall placement
    • Add sponsor logos
  2. Select data fields:

    • Race name
    • Event date
    • Division name
    • Custom message

  • Test certificates before race day
  • Verify all data fields display correctly
  • Check mobile device compatibility
  • Ensure high-resolution logos

Participant Access

Participants can access certificates through:

  • Results page
  • Mobile app
  • Email links (if enabled)
  • Personal dashboard

Certificates Not Displaying

  • Verify "RESULTS ARE OFFICIAL" is set to YES
  • Check if race is marked as completed
  • Ensure results are finalized

Missing Information

  • Verify required fields are enabled
  • Check participant data completeness
  • Ensure proper division setup
